When it comes to returning a broken/faulty Muggi Cup Holder within its warranty period (88 years warranty guarantee) we would ask that you email our Customer Care Team (customercare@uccellodesigns.com ) with:

  • A description of the issue you are having.
  • The order number from when you bought it from our website (this will be in your email inbox from our sales email – sales@uccellodesigns.com).
  • If possible, an image of the of the broken/faulty Muggi.

Our Customer Care Team will supply you with the address for you to send you Muggi to. Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returns.

Our Customer Care Team will then send out the replacement Muggi should you wish (depending on the problem) that same day.
