When it comes to returning a broken/faulty kettle within the warranty period (2-year warranty guarantee) we would ask that you email our Customer Care Team with:
- A description of the issue you are having.
- The receipt from purchase (in store) or order number if you bought from our website (this will be in your email inbox from our sales email – sales@uccellodesigns.com).
- The batch code/batch number – you will find on the base of the Uccello Kettle vessel.
- If possible, an image of the broken/faulty kettle.
Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returning the kettle.
Our customer care team will then send out the replacement part or a full new kettle (depending on the problem) that same day.
